  1. I had a similar experience until I thought about the situation as being similar to a page that needs to be refreshed or reloaded in order to see the changes. The next time I cleaned, instead of going straight to Options, I closed CCleaner, reopened it, and then selected Options. All of the cookies that had been listed under "Cookies to Delete" were no longer listed. I hope this works for you.
