Tag&Rename 3.8 is included into the latest CCleaner build, we need to fix the Tag&Rename entry.

Have CCleaner remove FileKey31 through FileKey34 from the [Windows Log Files] entry and just keep [Common Language Runtime Logs*]. Also remove the [Microsoft CLR Logs*] entry from Winapp2. After compressing the registry with RFA, sometimes it leaves NTUSER.tmp and UsrClass.tmp files in those locations.
