Sometimes, I run CCleaner in Windows Safe Mode to remove locked files. Please look at the attached snapshots. I ran CCleaner then I started Windows in Safe Mode and ran CCleaner again. Look at the locked files that were removed in Windows Safe Mode. My point is that [Diagnostics Logs*] is not the only entry that has locked files. We should keep [Diagnostics Logs*] or remove all of the entries that have locked files. We need an option in CCleaner to remove locked files on system boot.

Please take a look at the registry data. I have uninstalled Ashampoo Snap, Ashampoo Burning Studio 2017, Ashampoo Burning Studio 18, Foxit and Acrobat from my system a long time ago, but some traces of these programs are still in the registry paths listed below. You did a great job rearranging the entries in Winapp2.ini. I know it was not an easy thing for one person to do all of that by their self.

I think we should keep all of the Detects. I have seen HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office path on a system that never had Office.
