Newbie I was never that bad to start off with. I took my computer to a good Computer Technican who ended up re programing every thing by doing that it completly removed all the unnecessary programs and gunk and that gave me a fresh start. I also have the Paid Defrag and they helped me will all the settings and after a few runs I am at 0% every time now. C Cleaner is all finished under 30 seconds, the defrag takes a lot longer. Every night before I turn the computer off I do the house keeping only thing I dont do is the Defrag that is done on a weekly basis. Its like every thing you must do all the regular maintenaince to run a good computer. Keith :)

I have been having a lot of problems over the years turned out I had a few unnecessary programs (so local computer technican told me) I updated a few MS programs etc. Naturally I had to check a few of the Defrag Settings (all with the help of the paid service help) best investment ever. My last results were. 2 Fragmented Files 162.3MB 9 Total Fragments Fragmentation 0% Keith

Augeas Yes I am but that does not mean I know exactly what they mean and do especially in the "Advanced" box. I am having a lot of problems with "Defraggler" and I was thinking would ticking in the Advanced box help me. The Support are just so slow in getting back to me in trying to sort it all out. Keith .

What should I tick in all of the boxes This is what I have "not" ticked Internet Explorer Autocomplete Form History Saved Paswords Windows Explorer Network Passwords System Windows Error Reporting DNS Cache Font Cache Start Menu Shortcuts Desktop Shortcuts Advanced Nothing is ticked in any of the boxes Registery cleaner All ticked Options > Advanced only two ticked Show prompt to back up registery isues Enable Windows Jump List Tasks. SouthendSupporter All mine are Kaspersky files and Kaspersky temporary files I can get to 0% in 3-4 runs no problems at all. I turn the defrag off (Only) then rerun it again. Before that I was having a lot of problems and after trying this and that and getting completely confused I "Removed" Defrag and Reinstalled it with Kaspersky in "Pause" Working faster and a lot better now. Kroozer I have no idea what you are talking about sorry. Analyze, Where do I find that ? File list tab, Where is that Save List to Text File. Same again Delete any sensitive information, copy the list and place in the code box, and post. Same again <> I cannot find that either. Remember I am using W7 32bit Keith

Now I am completely confused . I did exactly what you told me to do and double checked it This are the results I only see one line Top line of the "squares" graph now instead of all of it. Fragmented Files 56 Total Fragments 192 After the Defrag FF 49 TF 177 0% Turn off and a restart FF 77 TF 190 Where did all they come from In the files there is a huge list What do I do now? Keith

I hope I can word this correctly I am running W7 32bit It is a home computer I Defrag once a week. I have defrag it sometimes up to 6 times to bring it back to a 0% I am update? Should I uninstall and reinstall the program My Security is Kaspersky and that is up to date. When I download a program I always put Kaspersky into "Pause" Your help would be greatly appreciated Keith

When I run CCleaner ever thing is closed down. I tried to copy that info and it was pages of info just from the first run. Do you want all the details or just the areas where this info is. I am not a computer whiz so please excuse if I am not using all the correct terms. Keith

I run CC every night before I turn the computer. I am using the NSA 7 Passes V2.36.1233 I have to run the CC program at least 5-7 times before it removes all the unnecessary bits and pieces. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong. Keith
