Text (SMS) messages are not deleted by CCleaner even though they are selected to be deleted by the cleaning operation.

This bug has been present for a long time (over a year) and is affected by running in a Limited User account. In other words, the effect is different when running in an Administrator account than when running in a Limited User account.
