I have the same problems CCleaner 2.19.900 deletes the "signons3.txt" and the "signons2.txt" for me. I am lucky too to have a backup of the files. I need to exclude the 2 files in the options, but i hope piriform solve the bug (sorrry too for my enlish i am french)!!!
