It doesn't on mine. With Opera 9.5, the cache file was transfered to "C:\Documents and Settings\*name here*\Local Settings\Application Data\Opera\Opera\profile\cache4" CCleaner doesn't clean that folder, yet. Though that can be fixed by simply adding that folder in "Include" in CCleaner Options.
