Then try to shut off your computer and see what happens.
Do you then get a STOP error, such as 0x0000000a?
This can also happen if you have an incompatible version of roxio/adaptec/whoever's Easy CD Creator installed.
Start, Run...
REGEDIT
Surf your way to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services
Remove entire keys that begin with Cdr, such as Cdrudf, Cdr4vsd, and Cdralw2k, etc. Anything that starts with 'Cdr' is part of CD Creator and should be removed.? There's usually 4 or 5 of them.? Uninstall that terrible program and get the latest NERO instead
I get that message 0x.....
Why is not happen all the time?Sometimes i shutdown the computer 15 times until
is happen! If is because of the CD software ,is not normal to crash each time when i shutdown?
I find only cdrom key!Is related? What is Udfs key?
Thx!

What about giving Firefox a try anyway, it is a much more secure browser anyway, due to the fact that most malware is designed to exploit security flaws in IE.
You never know it might just cure your problem.
I just find a fix!
If i shutdown the ZA ,before i disconnect the internet, is ok.I can connect again on the internet and after this ,restart ZA.
-
What browser are you using?
Is it internet explorer? If it is, have you kept your computer up to date using windows update?
I am just thinking it could be a conflict between zonealarm and an outdated version of IE.
Have you tried using a different browser such as Firefox?
Is updated.Internet Explorer.Never used Firefox.

Sorry, was that pic there before?
It is not program access that is a problem then. You are actually allowing to much access.
No, i just edit the post!
I know ,i changed all ,just to see if is working. But is not!
-
What do you mean all programs are on green bavaria? they should have a tick or a cross or a question mark next to them in the access column.
Check the picture pls!
-
What version are you trying to use at the moment, free or pro?
Could you open up zonealarm, then click program control on the left hand side, click the programs tab top right, you will now see what is being allowed or disallowed to the internet.
Could you print screen this and post it in here, so we can see it? Or just tell us if that is easier.
Free version.I
All the programs are on green.I did this just to check. Not working.
-
I am not sure!I have to check!
Thx!

I installed again ZA.Same problem
If i shutdown ZA, still not working.I uninstalled ZA,restart the computer, internet ok,disconnected for 10 min, connect back on internet ok.
What could be the reason, that the internet connection is ok ,but cannot open any page on internet?
Any ideas, how can i fix the problem?
Thx!

I will leave you to it for now, it is 2am and I need sleep, if it is not sorted next time I check I will try to help you more. Good Luck.
Thx!
-
Just do what rridgely suggested first.
Right click the ZoneAlarm icon in the notification area (down by the clock).
Try the internet again. But not for too long.
I did this already!Still not work.I know is suposed to work(theoretically) but is not working.I disabled the ZA from start up.Still not working if i disconnect the internet connection.I am sure is a ZA problem because i have 0 problem until i installed this program.I am installing now, ZA free version
-
Disable zone alram and connect to the internet. Then disconnect and then reconnect. If it works than its zone alarms fault and we can go from their if not than somethings wrong with your pc. Also try to scan with spybot search and destroy and post a Hijack this log.
If i disconnect the ZA still not work! But if i start again the computer is ok.This problem is happened only after i installed ZA!
-
I use the free version myself, I dont pay for software if I dont have to.
Give that a try then, uninstall zonealarm pro, run CCleaner, install zonealarm free version.
We will start again from there.
If that is successful, please post so that I know.
Ok!Thank you for your help!
-
Was your computer clean of malware when you installed zonealarm?
What security programs do you have and use?
I have Trend Micro Pcillin antivirus.I check my computer with BitDefender,PandaAntivirus.
AdAware,Microsoft Antispyware,CWShredder.I believe i have no virus or malware.
When i connect first time is ok.But if i disconnect the computer from internet that is!It will not connect again until i restart the computer.Maybe i should install only the free version not the pro?
-
What version of zonealarm are you using?
Is it the latest one?
Are you using default settings or have you changed anything?
This was a common problem a few versions ago, i myself suffered it, and had to uninstall, then reinstall an older version until they fixed the problem.
When you say the site dont load, what happens? do you get a 404 error?
Repost with more info, and i'm sure we will get it sorted.
I just downloaded yesterday,is the ZA Pro Version (free 15 days ) 5.5.094.000
I believe is the last one.Yes,default settings!
The internet connection is ok.I mean is making the connection but when i try to open a site i get that error 404,yes!
