have u tried chaning the chanel, what speed its set at, looked on the linksys site to see if this is a frequent problem. many things that can go wrong with these. another thought have u tried updating the firmware?

well i didnt fix it, i just tried le5 and that worked will have to try vista one again in a while. yeah i came on the scene late as well but there were still some sites that had it.
aha got it, turned out that it needed to be put in the windows resources folder. this is kinda weird though as i have been running it from my documents for a couple of months now, nvm

the only restrictive policy i have is "norecentdocshistory". i cant use that bold 5 on daf either. keeps asking me to install itunes for some reason. so i dont what to do. you cant really download vista xp anymore either, it was taken off the internet by microsoft a while ago. im just going to see if it does the same thing when i have lE5 on.

this only happens with vista xp v2. have been using the style for ages and then it suddenly did it weird. i checked my reg and "nosavesettings" is set to 0.

ok this is really starting to annoy me, for some reason every time that I restart my computer the visual style will reset to a old style windows one. no idea what is causing this, tried repatching the uxtheme.dll but that didnt help and i dont know what else i could even try.

yeah i have it, i dont like how the new library is sorted out though, with wmp10 you could see all bands at same time but u cant with this one.

get a good antivirus like avg or e trust antivirus, a good firewall which you have and make sure that you use that you use firefox. then get spyware blaster and spybot search and destroy which can basically immunise your computer. i dont know about anyone else but i dont get anything on my computer with this and you only need to have the antivirus running. if you have a hardware firewall anyway.

it may be that elements of it were not uninstalled, this happened to me when i uninstalled norton antivirus. if you dont have any other norton products on your computer you could try their removal tool SymNRT. which I used.

must make sure you dont have any other norton products on comp or it will get rid of them aswell

doesnt this program gives lots of false positives to make you buy or am i thinking of something else. if so unless u have paided for it u can live without it.

i dont use it cos i dont need it, i dont download dodgy programs and i dont use those stupid reg cleaners and stuff like that. i never ever get a virus or spyware so i dont need to worry about it. if need be i can reinstall windows without losing my music and stuff like that. tbh my comp really needs a reformat but its just tedious.
