  1. Do you know that tweak?

    It may be an extension i'll look it up.

    I think i found it.

    (from the help on thunderbird)

    Password protect the message pane (IMAP only)

    With this trick, Mozilla Thunderbird will password protect the message list pane (aka the thread pane) by keeping it blank until you log in and enter a password for that account.

    // Password protect the message list pane

    user_pref("mail.password_protect_local_cache", true);

  2. I know you can make it ask for a password when it gets your mail, But is their a way to make it ask for a password when it first opens up?

    It asks for your email password...theres a tweak to make it so people can't read the headlines without typing the password...

  3. Yeah, yeah.

    Windows works fine for me, so theirs no point in switching.(Lets not start a war here)

    And anyway I'm just a teenager, I dont have enough money to buy a Mac

    I think most people (including me) go for windows becuase its the most user friendly.

    BTW, I dont think Windows is the best at everything. <_<

    Must hold back...war...

    Run,Run now...

  4. I'm not arguing that Tiger is the not the best, I'm just saying some (L)Unix things are farely decent for some things.Alot of people just go, WINDOWS 1337 linux sucks etc etc. And think Windows is the best for everything.

    btw, If I could afford a Imac G5 sorta deal, with Tiger, you can bet I would get that :-)
