v1.40.520 Another problem I'm noticing with CCleaner on Vista is if CCleaner has been open for a while, just idle in the taskbar, it can 'Analyze' fine but if I click 'Run Cleaner' it will crash after about a second. It's done this a few times. When I re-open CCleaner it's fine again. It seems to happen when the process has been alive for some time before cleaning. I'm running it as administrator every time. v1.40.520 I recently started using Vista and CCleaner runs much slower on Vista than it did on the same hardware running XP. I'm refering to the 'Analyze' task...on XP it took a fraction of a second, maybe a second at most. On Vista it's taking like 10-20 seconds to complete. I'm also experiencing a similar issue as the topic starter had where it reports like ~2GB of files to be cleaned. It does clean for a while but when it finishes it reports something crazy like 29MB was cleaned. I think it's most likely cleaning good but just not reporting the correct amount cleaned in the report. I've already tried running it as Administrator after reading this thread a few days ago, it doesn't remedy either of these issues. Thanks.
