Same, I have had a Linux phase but no matter what happens, I will always come back to Windows.
Windows with today's standard hardware runs smoothly.

Every time this thread has new posts, (after Super Fast posted, of course) I read what Corona commented and burst out laughing.

LulzSec or Anonymous will get you.

What made you choose that name?
That made me grin like an idiot.

I don't think you can upgrade the RAM in a netbook. Also, I am guessing you won't go for Linux?
Install very minimal and needed softwares, and clear everything from start-up, defrag, the works.

Would have been better if you searched the Android Market for a similar app

That might get annoying, yes.

Well, how you use it is completely up to you.
I have blocked all game requests, so that's one thing! Then, I have all these bands, concerts, local gigs that you can track easily over Facebook. You can use it to share events, photos, notes, links to interesting websites, etc. and so many other things. Facebook Connect is useful as always, you don't need to sign up for those forums and websites which use that, its a one-step sign-up and sing-in process. I have my Facebook connected to my Google, Youtube, Twitter accounts and everything is pretty much in-sync. All my friends who have their numbers, email addresses, DOB, etc. up on Facebook, gets transferred over to my Android phone over the air, in real time and well, I could go on but you get the drift. Obviously, I hate the spam and when all people do is talk about an Online Social Networking website. :\
Now that I have moved to a different city, Facebook is all the more helpful. Maybe not the case for everyone.

Why? Facebook is a great thing.

Maybe, not an auto-update but a direct download link right from the client would be nice?

Cannot see the point really ishan.
Folk know what 'cleaner' means and are used to it.
True.

In what way are Firefox caches part of the System ?
I didn't mean "system" specifically, I meant it in a more general sense. For example, "Registry" is "Registry Cleaner", so "Cleaner" should have a specific term as well.

The first tab is called "Cleaner" and the next one "Registry"
It makes sense to Rename "Cleaner" to "System" for obvious reasons.

Instead of knowing what AV you use, I'd like to know what is the entire setup you have running on your system, what all softwares do you use to keep yourself protected?
ESET Smart Security
SpywareBlaster
MalwareBytes Anti-Malware
Firefox + Adblock

You can disable it if you want, its optional. I love it.

I think updates are pushed every month or so.
I'd like a new update system but I don't mind the prevailing one at the moment.

This thread should be closed before more 'comparisons' can be made.

I would actually go for a new line sort of view
AMD Athlon XP 1800+
1.0GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce
but not at the expense of expanding the header.

What do you guys think of this?
Apparently, the same UI is going to be used cross-platform. Users will have an option to use it on a regular non-touch PC as well.
