Ok I was able to update those… seems to be ok now

I updated or deleted what I could but two of the programs were Microsoft system files. Still hangs

It doesn't tell me what the 10 issues are or what programs are associated with them. Otherwise I would.

still not working. This needs to be fixed or I will not be renewing.

It scans. Windows 10 just windows AV

It comes up just after you hit the health check button- it goes through the health check then the resolve issues screen comes on and nothing happens.
