It reappears in there after I delete it and reopen CCleaner wtf is this seriously

I want answers to what this is and how to wipe if it if it turns out to be hidden Norton junkware you snuck in that doesn't even show up in installed programs I swear I'm switching to Bleachbit I swear to god

Updated CCleaner and now have a Norton folder in ProgramData with LC.ini I DID NOT CONSENT TO ANY HIDDEN NORTON JUNKWARE BEING INSTALLED ON MY COMPUTER WTF!!!!
