  1. I had the same problem... Thought it was a bit scammy at first but eventually found the solution in the email from CCleaner. (The email was in fact from noreply@cleverbridge.com) To be fair to CCleaner, seems a good product in general but this drama to try and cancel your subscription seems a bit unnecessary and tarnishes an otherwise good product and experience. Below are some screen shots that should hopefully help. After clicking the 'Cancel' option on the webpage that the link takes you to, you should notice that your 'auto extension' in the application has been disabled. (Meaning you should have the Pro version until the end of the period but it won't auto renew.) -I'm sure we can expect to get an email from them nearer the time suggesting we stick with the Pro option at a more reduced cost or something ;-) All the best!
