I have been trying to contact support through the email I received that automatically renewed my subscription. On my computer and my phone, when I click on Submit a request, it keeps saying "Hmm... we think you might be a robot. Please refresh the page and try again" I absolutely cannot go ahead even though I have tried several times. I just want my refund. Please direct me to where I can either call or email to do so. Thank you.
