Ccleaner will temporarilly delete SuggestedSites.dat from Internet Explorer but when it does Windows 10 just recreates it again and it grows over time. So I deleted the contents of the file and set the file properties to read-only. Now I need Ccleaner to not delete it or Windows will recreate the full-size file again. Does Ccleaner have whitelist or some other way of not deleting a file and if so, how? I'm not looking to whitelist a whole app. Just this one file.
