  1. Hi everyeone - I would like to discontinue my subscription from the desktop CCleaner version. MY PROBLEM - if I press <Manage Subscription>, I am routed to the website. But, when I enter my email and reference number from the original purchase, the website is running into error. >> from Dutch: Ooops. Your license details can't be displayed at the moment. “Oeps! Uw licentiegegevens kunnen op dit ogenblik niet worden weergegeven. Neem contact op met de ondersteuning voor meer informatie. Geef dit de inhoud van dit bericht door, zodat zij u kunnen helpen.” And an email to support@ccleaner.com doesn't get picked up. QUESTION - does anyone have had the same problem? How to reach out to Ccleaner to get any help for discontinuing my subscription??
