Thank you Hazelnut it doesn't show in the app/program but I did get to it from my email, I really do appreciate your help :)

I have looked for answers on how to turn off the auto renewal, problem is when I go to Manage my Subscriptions I have no option to "disable auto renewal" there are no buttons to click other then activate new key. and it says "Auto Extension Enabled" when I bought CCleaner I was on the "free" version and then just entered the key code and it has turned it to pro. any help would be appreciated
