Hi nukecad No I cannot remember; I do know it was a full cc session since I had recently ?? paid for the full version..My memory is vague but I am sure in following different cc links I came across the message such as " 2 unidentified programs" with the option to delete them...MAYBE I had to much beer close the the harbour that John Paul Jones of (later) America tried to occupy some many years back

Following a clean by CCleaner I was told I had 2 x unknown programmes (or similar words) CCleaner asked with suitable warnings if I wanted to delete them. I stupidly deleted both and I have now realised one of them was my CCTV DVR programme "X55" Is there a simple way of reinstalling the program; btw it was very difficult to install the first time and I am trying not to repeat it. My bin is empty I had hoped to find X55 there.
