Is there really no way to speak to Ccleaner?

The website says they are available to help but this appears to be untrue. I can get to a FAQ and a list of possible problems, but mine doesn't fit into any of those. The online 'support' is a list of possible answers but not a real perspon. All I want is a phone number that connects to a person or an email that doesn't simply result in an automated response 'guessing' what the problem is. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
