Unable to pay and renew my license in India

I am trying to pay from a bank card in Dubai and a bank card in India, both declined the transaction. It is frustrating and looks like this will never work anymore. the software is good and it does the job (at least as much as I know), but the payment issue will bring a full stop to keep trying this software.
