  1. @nukecad Hey, Thanks for Replying... I, Have in the Past Filled out the Surveys only to have them reappear - Kindof annoying, But I, guess there is Nothing else that can Be done ... there is also a Popup that continues to *Ask Me to Clean my OneDrive - again annoying. If the Survey Keeps appearing I, will just Let them know, that it's a Waste of Time etc. Thanks, for your Help. **would You also Know why CCleaner Support doesn't Seem to Care or Answer to Support Tickets, anymore? I've Sent one, about this over a Month ago, Yet, Nobody responds, You would think that When a Customer Pays $60-$80 per Year for their Software/services, that providing the Fastest & Premium Support would be Beneficial for Keeping Current Customers & possibly getting NEW ones.   2. Good Day, to EVERYONE... just Curious has ANYONE had this Annoying Popup on their Desktop Recently? This has Been Popping up, Multiple Times, a Week, even Though I, Have Turned Off, ALL Notifications, this Appears. I, Know it can't Be removed, or Can it, Be Stopped from appearing? IBut, anyone else having the Same Issue . ? also - CCleaner has not Changed their Cleaning Format, it still takes, 3-Steps, to Perform a Simple Clean . ? They Better FIX this Soon, as well. Hi., just Curious as to WHY, I, am getting these Annoying CCleaner Popups, see below: This Popup has Been a Pain in my Ass, for Several Weeks, Popping up, 3 Times, a Day - Seeing that I, Have Turned off, ALL Ads, in the *Personal Privacy Settings, in the Software, I, am getting Fedup with these Annoying Ads - You would think that Paying $70, per Year for this Software You would have Better Control, over the Ads, that CCleaner Shoves up, a Customers Backside . ! I, Know that I, can't STOP them - But, anyone else having the Same Issue . ? also - CCleaner has not Changed their Cleaning Format, it still takes, 3-Steps, to Perform a Simple Clean . ?   5. @nukecad - Nice to See You again .. Thanks for Responding. Image (1), is what the Health Check Scan results, previously looked like... Image (2), is what the Health Check Scan results, currently look like ... in fact - There are 3, Cleaning Stages to go through, after You Click on *CLEAN, there is another Page, with more Cleaning Options - However, it doesn't say anything about Trackers, as once Before. But, I, Do Understand that it's still Detecting & Removing .. However, they are under a Different name ie: Tracking Cookies Which is Fine, just wanted to make Sure. Thanks
  6. Hi, Just a Generalized Question here. I've Noticed the New Format for CCleaner Professional v6.20.10897, with the previous Versions, When You do the *Health Check Scan, usually it Shows how many Trackers were found & could Be Cleaned. However this Current Version NO Longer shows the Trackers - Does the Software still Scan for & Remove Trackers.? Thanks for the Help.. Cheers
  7. @nukecad Last Week, I, Did Click the *Pricing Options to See what Happened, the Popup did Close - and Nothing much to Speak of, for Pricing Options - However, the VERY Next Day, the same Popup Returned. So, ANNOYING - and such a Pain. Thankfully, once I, Buy a NEW Premium License (in about a Month...) those Annoying Popups will Disappear, until they Return to Drive Me, Nuts, a Year later etc. Thanks again, for your Help & Guidance, appreciate it.

  9. @nukecad The Next Time, a Popup appears I, will Send a Screenshot, no problem. As well, If I, Have any Questions outside of Purchasing/licencing issues, I will come Here to tbe Forum. @hazelnut Unfortunately constantly Disconnecting my Internet, is more of a Inconvenience. Besides I, shouldn't have to go that far, just for Popups. Thankyou though for your Suggestion.

Finally - Someone Understands what I've Been Talking about - Thankyou The ONLY Popups, I get are just *asking me to Renew my License/Subscription and/or when there are Offers ie: 30-40% off (per example..) I can ONLY Close the popup, from Clicking on the 'X' in the Popup Window (Top, Right..) I, Don't get any Popups, with a *remind me later .. option. Nevertheless - I, will Be Renewing my License, Before March 20, 2024 & I, Know that once I, Do the Popups will go away - However, CCleaner should Really consider, Toning these Popups Down, a little. It can Be seen, as Harrassment (for some People..) Thanks @nukecad for Keeping in Touch & Clarifying things for me - appreciate it - You should be in Support, as Customers, could Benefit from your Polite & Curtious Nature to Help. Cheers...
  11. @nukecad Got it . ! Understood. However.. I, Know ALL about Creating & Sending Support Tickets, not just for CCleaner, But, for other Software also. Each Time, I, Send a Support Request, I, explain, in Detail, what the Issue is & why I, need Help. I, am also aware about the *automated response emails, that are Sent, including 'generic' fixes etc - that's not the Issue here. for EXAMPLE: 5 Days, ago I, Sent a Support Ticket asking about Why & How to Stop these Annoying Popup Ads, about *Renewing my License/Subscription, for CCleaner (my Current, Active License EXPIRES on March 20, 2024) .. usually I, get 2 a Day, to which are Disturbing me, while Working .. pretty Basic & Simple Question, I, thought. I, am going to RENEW my License, as I, Have for each Year, I, just wanted to STOP these Popups. However, when Ben (from Support..) finally emailed me back - the Reply I, got was about *How to Perform a Smart Cleaning & *How to Clean the Registry .. that's it, that's all. He NEVER answered my Questions, at all. In the end, He said, If, I, Needed more Help to Let him know, so, I did - explaining in Detail, (again..) what was the Issue, However, I, haven't Heard back. **this is the Problem, I, am Having getting Incorrect replies from Support for an Issue, that is so Straight forward & after the Initial Reply, not Hearing again, from Support afterwards.   12. @Nergal & @hazelnut You just Proved my Point Both of your Responses had Nothing to do with the Subject at Hand, that I, was Trying to make here. Support doesn't Read, the Support Tickets, all they Do, is provide Information that has NOTHING to do with why the Ticket was Created in the 1st Place. In addition, I, have Been a Customer for over 10Years now & I, Know how to Use Support Correctly, it's the Lack of Responses & Help that is the Problem here. Regards,
  13. Hi., Being a long time Customer of CCleaner & their many Products, lately I, am Frustrated with the Lack of Support, or the Blindness of the Replies, from Support Tickets. When You, Create a Support Request - in a few Days, You get a Reponse, However, the Reply You get, has Nothing to do with the Ticket You Created., it's like Support is Grasping at Content, from the Air, when they Do, Reply. This has Been an issue, with Several Tickets, I've Created for Help in the Past - and most Recently. If, Support, is not going to READ, the Ticket, in it's entirely .. then DON'T Reply, it's only going to Frustrate the User (Myself) Plus your Wasting My Time & your Own. In addition - when You Reply to the Support's Reply, But, You Require Extra Help - NOBODY, EVER Replies back, again, a Show of NO Respect for thier Customers. **When You, PAY $70-80 for CCleaner Software, You Better, ensure that, proper Support is Offerred to the Customer, If/when they need it. I, would Suggest that CCleaner, puts more Effort into their Support Services, & DON'T SCREW OVER, their Customers, If/when they need Help, Stay in Contact with the Customer, for as Long as they need, until the Issue/issues are Fully Resolved.   15. TODAY, I, Checked CCleaner Professional to See if there were ANY Updates (usually I, Have it on Automatic Updates..) BUT, Today I, Checked Manually. It, Show that there is a Update, However, when I, Cleck on *UPDATE NOW, from within the Software, I, get this Error (See, Attached Screenshot..) Can Someone Tell, me WHY, I, can't Update & How to Find the Most Recent Updates for CCleaner. Thanks..
  16. Hi to EVERYONE im the Community. I, was Wondering .. Can anyone Tell me why the Software Updater in CCleaner Professional is so Inaccurate when it comes to Software Updates.? *Note : that I, Don't use CCleaner for ANY Software Updates. At Times, it Shows Updates that Have already Been Downloaded & Applied, Days or even Weeks prior. When You Check within the said Software itself or Checking on the Developers Website., there are NO NEW available Updates to Speak of. That is Why I, Don't use ANY 3rd-Party Software for ANY Software Updates, I, prefer to Check, Download & Install, either from the Particular Software itself or through the Manufacturers Website. just Curious.?

  18. Not Impressed in the Slightest. Seeing that I, am a CCleaner Professional Subscriber, I am Expecting a Quick Response for Support., as Indicated. However, I, Have asked for Help with this reoccurring Script Error Popup & CCleaner Survey Popup, 5-Days ago - still NOTHING.!! I, Need a Solution, as Quick as possible - these Popups are Disturbing my Work from Home, Atmosphere. Thanks

  23. I've been Plagued by the Same Script Error Popup, upon Closing - a Popup from CCleaner appears, on the Bottom, Right of my Desktop .. asking me to do a Satisfaction Survey. If, Ignored the same Script Error keeps appearing, Followed by the Same CCleaner Survey Popup .. even after Completing the said Survey (2 Mins, Total..) the Script Error disappears, BUT, ONLY for a Short Time, afterwards, it reappears, again the Same Script Error, followed by again, the same CCleaner Survey Popup. I, Have Sent a Support Request (3-Days ago..) to CCleaner, But haven't heard back. Does or has Someone else has EVER experienced this Issue, PLEASE ADVISE & What can I, Do to STOP these Popups - PERMANENTLY . !! I, an Using a NEW Desktop PC, utilizing Windows 11, O.S., & CCleaner Professional v6.17.10746 (64 Bit) .. I, Have also *Deselected, ALL Options in the *Improvements & *Offers in the Privacy Section of said Software - I, Have also Selected the *Disable Script Error Debugging(other), there is NO option, to *Disable the Script Error Notification. PLEASE .. ANY Help would be Greatly Appreciated. Thankyou.
