Such a simple tasks, one which CCleaner makes out to be an important point, yet nowhere is there a simple route to let a subscriber do it. So I establish an account using my current email address, but how do I communicate with Customer Service to make sure they understand that this current address is to be substituted for my old address? For example, nowhere have you asked for my subscription number. Come on, folks, let's make this simple!
