  1. I did speak to someone who made sure I was entering the license key and user name correctly (per the original email). But, it doesn't matter now, because I tried entering my name as "Jim" instead of "James", which was in the purchase confirmation email, and it accepted that so my issue is resolved.
  2. I've copied and pasted the key for my professional license (which doesn't expire until next year) and my name and I get the message that it is incorrect. I spoke with customer service yesterday and they were going to have someone from technical support to research it but no one has called me back. I can't find the number. I tried working through the bot and at the end it told me to click on the "contact us" button for more assistance but there was no "contact us" button on the screen. Does anyone know what I can do or where I can call?
