How to delete a aplication entry from ccleaner?

CCleaner lists an application when it detects a registry key indicating that the application is installed, e.g., it lists Windows Media Player if it detects HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MediaPlayer\Player.

If CCleaner is listing applications you have uninstalled, it is because the keys were not properly removed (some applications have lousy uninstallers). Have you run Issues to clean the registry? If that hasn't fixed things, you might consider another registry cleaner. If you're sure you know what you're doing, you could manually edit the registry.
