Assuming that you bought direct from the CCleaner website then have checked your email spam folder for the emails? We do occasionally also see users who have mistyped their own email when purchasing. So of course they don't then get the purchase confirmation email because it's been sent to the mistyped address. Yes, money got taken from my account and no the email wasn't in any spam folder etc. I may have indeed mistyped my email address, but then what is my course of action here?
