I recently upgraded to the Pro version in hopes that I could have a software with all the bells and whisles. Well, some of the bells are not workking - Something went wrong pops up when I try to use Performance Optimizer. CCleaner Professiona v6.19.10858 (64-bit) Windows 11 Windows Defener (deactivated) Windows Defender Firewall (allowed) CCleaner64.exe run as an administrator None of the the above changes anything. ingenii Posted March 12 Share Posted March 12 I have the same issue - CCCleaner is preventing Office apps from running except in admin mode. When I attempt to run Performance Optimizer, I get the following error: "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action."
