osubuckeye9 Posted December 3, 2023 Share Posted December 3, 2023 I installed CCleaner Professional but when I open CCleaner no cookies ever appear in the left pane. When I run the Health Check it says so many trackers have been cleared so the cookies must be there even though they do not appear in the left pane. If I can't get the cookies to appear then the program is worthless because there is no way to save a cookie and move it to the right pane. Is there a way I can get my money back other than calling my credit card company and putting the charge in dispute. I'm not paying for a program that does not work.
