Driver Updater, Keeps offering the Same Driver for the past couple of months.

I have a Intel NUC11PHi7 and for the past few months it has offered to update my Ethernet driver for Intel Ethernet Controller (3) I225-Lm  V1.1.3.34 to V1.1.4.38 and when I accept it ends up with "Skipped".

Doing some checking this driver seems to be only for Lenovo as it is only available on their site.

The driver I have installed is the last version from Intel other than this one which looks like it's only for Lenovo.
