Kenomar Posted February 27, 2023 Share Posted February 27, 2023 I am having Activaation Code problems, I have CCleaner for Mac Professional, I have to enter the code at least once a week, sometimes more than than once, up to three times. Why do I find the activation code disappear from the app so often. If i never get a solution to this problem I will never use CCleaner after my subcription runs out. To help us investigate further, can you please send our support team the log files from CCleaner Mac, using the following steps? Open CCleaner for Mac Select 'Help' in the MacOS Menu Bar in the top of the screen Select 'Send Feedback' (Alternatively press Shift + CMD⌘ + F) Fill in the form (please ensure you input the proper name & email address) Click 'Send' Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
