HbgBill Posted February 21, 2023 Share Posted February 21, 2023 I just purchased the key for then new version for Mac. Looking at the instructions.. I can NOT find the location to enter the key. I also went to the help bot.. and still can't find the location. I have the app in my top menu (up by the date/clock. If I click the CC icon my options are Run Cleaner, Options and Exit. If I click Run.. it opens.. and I see the options for cleaning and at the bottom right there is a check for updates.. which doesn't seem to be working at the moment.. Please uninstall this version of the software, then download and install CCleaner from our website: https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner-mac Once it's installed, you can see where and how to enter the license key in our Help Center here: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/204043844#h_01GAP5T8AMH4295H8Z576WH3VW If you don't see the "Insert License Key" option, please visit Settings > Subscription and continue from step 3 of the linked process.
