Speecy crashes on my new DELL XPS 8950

I'd start by uninstalling the software, restarting the computer fully via the Start menu, and then reinstalling it once the computer has restarted.

If problems persist, try temporarily disabling any security software that may be installed on the computer and see if the problem persists; either way, make sure to turn it back on once you're done checking.

If Speccy runs normally while the security software is disabled, would you mind letting us know what security software it is and what version(s) are installed?

Additionally, if you can provide the exact error message(s) you're getting, that could help too.
