How do I create a simple desktop web shortcut w/ CCleaner browser?

I used to be able to simply drag the address to the desktop and I could later easily launch the address. Now I can't even make a shortcut using windows desktop, filling in the address, having to type in the title: I still just get a CCleaner Browser window when the shortcut is launched that contains the url address that I have to copy and paste manually. I did the add shortcut from within 'More Tools' but it still generated the same result. I can launch the shortcut successfully with Firefox. This is very annoying, and I don't understand why the developers would do this. (Win 7 32-bit).
