J Bertus
I have used the update driver twice on my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 laptop and both times it has caused my touchpad and keyboard to quit working. I paid a tech to reinstall Windows thinking it was a virus issue. Didn't realize the virus was the driver update until I updated again. Fortunately I created a recovery point.
