file unreadable after recovery

I have succeed to recover files with recuva but files are unreadable. 

The names of the files that Recuva found and succeet to recover were not the good names. See the attached file.

The files were pictures (*.jpg, *.cr2, ...)

What is it possible to do ?

This would normally mean that the files have been overwritten or otherwise heavily damaged, which means that they're unlikely to be readable.

However, you might try using IrfanView, available here: https://www.irfanview.com/ may be able to read the type of file this and open them, if there is anything intelligible there to be read.
