CCleaner doesn't recognise that I payed for the upgrade.

I payed for the upgrade, but the app doesn't recognise that. It shows ads and asks me to upgrade again, which leads to an error message, because obviously, I already did!


I want the app to work, but of that's not possible, I want a refund.
