I accidentally deleted screenshots with CCleaner.

A notification to clean my phone popped up on my screen. I did not take the time to read it before I went to press the button. Between the time I press the button and the time I actually read it. I had already pressed the button. It said screenshots, something cleaning. After I press the button CCleaner went to cleaning. And I'm think it possibly did get rid of my oldest screenshots. Possibly...

So my questions are:

1. When CC Cleaner cleans screenshots does it discard them to the trash on your phone?

2. Or does it skip that process and trash them permanently from your phone?
