Jhartenbower
I keep getting logged off of one of my websites that I use for work. It is showing up on potential tracking attempts in Kamo. Is Kamo causing the issue? How can I fix this?
Guest MeganCCleaner
Hi @Jhartenbower This indicates that something (such as CCleaner or Kamo) is removing the website cookie that stores the corresponding login data. You should be able to resolve this by configuring Kamo as follows: Open Kamo > click Allowed websites In the "ENTER A WEBSITE" field, type/enter the website's domain (e.g. google.com) Click "ADD" If applicable, please also ensure CCleaner is configured as follows: Open CCleaner > click Options > Cookies Right-click an empty area underneath the "Cookies to Keep" column Click Add. In the "Enter domain name" field, type the website's domain Click OK Otherwise if the problem persists after this, our support team would be eager to investigate further. Would they have permission to contact you via email, using the same address registered to your forums account?
