Hi @Jhartenbower This indicates that something (such as CCleaner or Kamo) is removing the website cookie that stores the corresponding login data.

You should be able to resolve this by configuring Kamo as follows:

  1. Open Kamo > click Allowed websites
  2. In the "ENTER A WEBSITE" field, type/enter the website's domain (e.g. google.com)
  3. Click "ADD"

If applicable, please also ensure CCleaner is configured as follows:

  1. Open CCleaner > click Options > Cookies
  2. Right-click an empty area underneath the "Cookies to Keep" column
  3. Click Add. In the "Enter domain name" field, type the website's domain
  4. Click OK

Otherwise if the problem persists after this, our support team would be eager to investigate further.

Would they have permission to contact you via email, using the same address registered to your forums account?
