Kamo stopped allowing me to drag and drop photos to my websites

I recently renewed my CCleaner license and it came with a promotional service of Kamo. Once I downloaded/installed Kamo on my computer, I could no longer drag and drop photos to my business website, or websites like Canva. I tried adding the websites to the list of allowed websites on Kamo, but it still did not allow me to upload my pictures. As a last resort, I uninstalled Kamo from my desktop, and restarted my computer, and was able to upload the photos fine. Is there a fix so that I can use Kamo and still be able to upload my photos via drag and drop?

Hi @SCBoyMom I've not yet been able to replicate this issue because when Kamo is running, I am able to drag/drop photos to the Canva website via Google Chrome, and they are successfully uploaded.

Our support team would like to investigate further.
