TwoShoes Posted August 10, 2006 Share Posted August 10, 2006 I just downloaded CClearner today and did so because I was under the impression that it can be used to cleanup the C:\windows\recent folder. However if I go into the Cleaner settings and have all items under the Windows Explorer checked which includes recent documents and then click on analize it says that nothing will be removed. Glenn Posted August 11, 2006 Share Posted August 11, 2006 CCleaner does clean that folder but you're right, I just checked and (I only had a dozen entries in that folder) Analyze reported 0 bytes to be removed ... but Run Cleaner cleaned out the entries.
