Guest johnccleaner Posted January 5, 2022 Share Posted January 5, 2022 Haven't run into this issue before, but I did see this article: https://www.guidingtech.com/facebook-messenger-video-calls-not-working/ that listed a few options that might be relevant - the 3rd option might be all you need, logging out and logging back in to let Facebook rebuild whatever it is that it needs to rebuild, but the 5th and 6th options might also be relevant. Also, Facebook does offer this page for assistance: https://www.facebook.com/help/287631408243374 though it seems to be fairly similar advice.
