Robert Rezek Posted April 5, 2021 Share Posted April 5, 2021 CCleaner for Mac 1.18.30 won't start cleaner proccess, stuck at 0%. Antivirus Cylance safe list file edited and CCleaner file com.piriform.ccleaner.CCleanerAgent added to the safe list. Still no avail. Any help? Guest johnccleaner Posted April 12, 2021 Share Posted April 12, 2021 Have you looked into the topic that was filed shortly before this one: We've also had some users reporting that simply allowing the software some time to run in this state will allow it to finish - this is one of the things that we're looking into ahead of the CCleaner for Mac 2.0 project.
