That's what keeps your browser in memory and unable to clean. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. I did just that before seeing the post and it allows CCleaner to remove cookies, etc. Although with Edge Chromium installed CCleaner takes a little bit longer to clean, I didn't time it but it's just a few seconds.
