Moderators mta Posted September 6, 2018 Moderators Share Posted September 6, 2018 make sure CC isn't running in the foreground (or background) when trying to update. so start the Task Manager and close all monitoring processes including the emergency updater if running. then try the update again. failing that, try with the PC in Safe Mode. what version are you currently using? what OS? Backup now & backup often.It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
