DG# Posted May 3, 2018 Share Posted May 3, 2018 I have been using V5.41 and all was well. At your suggestion I tried to update to V5.42. Now when I go to Analize – Run cleaner – Selected files will be deleted – continue it crashes. Why? It all worked in V5.41 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(and cross your fingers) v5.42 seems to be a dog’s breakfast if all the various threadfs on this forum are anything to go from. I don’t know what was fixed in this latest version but certainly there is a lot more that has been broken. do you get an actual error message that you can share? what AV software do you use? OS version? Backup now & backup often.It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
