mckillio
I started Quick-Defrag and Defraggler estimated it would take more than a day. I rebooted my machine (Dell Inspiron 7480) and got the same result. I switched to the regular Defrag and it's listed at 5 hours.
Moderators mta Posted November 27, 2017 Moderators Share Posted November 27, 2017 g'day @mckillio and welcome to the forums. I don't think you can put a lot of faith in the remaining time estimated, it is after all an estimate, and can change depending on the current file being moved. a good test would be to run the Quick Defrag and see if it takes less than a day. then run a Full Defrag and see if it takes more than 5 hours.
