Unzettel
Hello, How does Recuva work? Has Recuva an internal list with files it is able to find? For example *.docx, *.jpg and so on. Or does Recuva not need any list. Does Recuva simply find all files, who can be recovered? Can Recuva find and recover *.znk3- Files or for example *.owzc5e if I had such a File deleted? Would apreciate your answer. With kind regards Unzettel
Moderators Augeas Posted July 10, 2016 Moderators Share Posted July 10, 2016 How does Recuva work? We'd all like to know that. With a normal scan Recuva can find files with any extension type, even if you make one up. In a deep scan Recuva can only search for a specific set of file extensions, there is a list in the Recuva documentation. I'm pretty sure that .znk3 and .owzc5e aren't included.
