hms1310 Posted June 30, 2016 Share Posted June 30, 2016 Whenever I click on the CCleaner logo on the desktop, it will not start up whatsoever, not even a delayed startup. However, when I right click on it and select "Run as Administrator," then it will run. I already tried uninstalling CCleaner and reinstalling the latest version, and no dice.
