Feature Suggestion - Clean Networked Locations

I have CCleaner installed on an AD Domain with roaming profiles. The profiles are setup so that the local operating system (windows 10) redirects library folders (ie documents, pictures, downloads, etc.) to the users shared area on the server. 

 

When the user deletes files they go into the recycle bin as you would expect. When you run CCleaner they seem to be deleted, only to reappear as soon as the user logs back in. These files do get deleted if the windows 'empty recycle bin' option is used, however I would prefer the option to secure delete files as with CCleaner.
